Publication of articles in this e-journal is free of charge for the authors and access to the e-journal is free for users.

What is the advantage of publishing articles in our open access e-journal?

Publication of articles for the open access allows increasing the citing of scientific articles and provides a researcher with a possibility to declare quickly the authorship to idea.

Acceptance of articles

Previously not published articles of the problem-oriented and/or scientific and practical nature are accepted to represent the results of newly completed researches being of interest to a board readership.

Liability

Authors of the articles are fully liable for the content of articles and for the fact of their publications.

The editorial staff is not liable for any damage caused by the publication of the article to the authors and/or the third parties and organizations.

The editorial board have the right to withdraw published article, if it turns out that in the process of publication of an article somebody`s rights or generally accepted rules of scientific ethics have been violated. The editor staff inform the author, who has presented the article and organization, where the work has been done, about the fact of withdraw.

The editorial board may reject the article without giving reasons.

General principles of the scientific article to be submitted may vary depending on the subject and features of the research undertaken.

Structure of the article

Nevertheless, when writing a scientific article, it is necessary to adhere to the following structure of presentation: title, abstract, key words, full text of the article, references.

- TITLE

The title of the article should be completed with indication of surname, first name and patronymic (in full) of authors (in Russian and English), their e-mail addresses, academic status of authors and the name of the educational institution or scientific organization where the work has been performed.

- INFORMATIVE AND INDICATIVE ABSTRACTS

Informative and indicative abstracts should be executed in accordance with State Standard GOST R 7.9.95 (IS0214-76). “Informative abstracts and indicative abstracts. General requirements”. Indicative abstract provides a short indication of the main idea (issues) (contents of 3-4 lines). Informative abstract is a short description of the content of the article, including basic actual information, description of the method used to perform the work, the main results and field of their application (500-700 signs). Informative and indicative abstracts must not repeat the text of summary. Indicative abstract should be written in Russian and English.

- KEY WORDS

Key words (3-5 words) should be in Russian and English.

 - INTRODUCTION

In Introduction the author(s) should indicate the importance of the investigated scientific facts as applied to theory and practice; new solution of the scientific of problem.

- DESCRIPTION OF METHODOLOGY OF THE STUDY

Figures, formulas and tables are acceptable only in cases where it is impossible to describe a process in the textual form. If the article is theoretical in the nature, this section should represent the main provisions, thoughts, which will be further analyzed.

- EXPERIMENTAL PART

It consists of analysis, synthesis, and explanation of own data or comparison of theories. It is the central part of the article by the volume.

- CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

This section should content answer to the questions posed in the Introduction and demonstrate specific conclusions.

- REFERENCES

The list of references should be drawn up in accordance with State Standard GOST P 7.0.5-2008. References in the text are numbered in square brackets and the number indicates the source in the list of reference. All references should be given in the language of origin and numbered in order of their appearance in the text. Names originating from Japanese, Chinese and other languages using non-Latin script should be written in Latin transliteration. References to books translated into Russian, should be accompanied by references to the original publications with an indication of the publisher's imprint. You can familiarize yourself with examples of references.

Abbreviations

The author(s) should avoid abbreviations. All abbreviations available in the text should be decoded with the except for a small number of commonly used ones. Do not use repeats, unnecessary details, particulars, the well-known theses, bulky tables and formulas. When mentioning foreign names (except for the well-known names, which can be found in the encyclopedia, and if these foreign names are mentioned in the list of references), foreign educational institutions, companies, brand-name products, etc. in the text, the original spelling should be given in brackets.

Citing

When citing, the author(s) should refer to articles from journals included in the list of scientific publications recommended by the HAC RF. Links to brochures, theses of reports and other unreviewable publications are not allowed. Links to unpublished papers (research reports, in-house documents, classified documents) are not acceptable as well.

Volume

An average volume of the submitted article – about 20-35 thousands of printed characters

+ 3-4 Tables and 2-5 Figures. The total volume should not exceed 0.7 author sheet.

The editorial board reserves the right to select the submitted papers, to review them and to return the papers as requiring improvement taking into account the remarks made.

Technical requirements to papers:

  • Page format – A4, portrait orientation;
  • 2.5 cm margins for every side;
  • Text format – Microsoft Word;
  • Font – TimesNewRoman, font color – black
  • Font size – 14;
  • Line spacing – 1.5;
  • Formulas – in Microsoft Equation 3.0;
  • Units of physical quantities – in the SI system (GOST 9867-61);
  • References – in square brackets.

 

 Figures

 

  • All figures should have JPEG or TIFF extention with resolution at least 300 dpi;
  • Size of figures should not exceed A4;
  • Each figure should be titled and linked in the text.

 

AUTHOR'S CONTRACT 

Passport data of all authors and coauthors are required for conclusion of an author's contract.
