ELASTOMERIC MATERIALS FOR USE IN FUEL AND OIL SYSTEMS (review)
The main types of fuel and oil resistant rubbers and feature of their application are described. Features of selection of elastomer for fuel and oil resistance sealants are shown. Characteristics of fuel and oil resistance rubbers of different types are given. The main types of fuel and oil resistant rubbers and raw rubbers, features of their application are described. Comparative characteristics of domestic fuel and oil resistant rubbers of mass application are provided. The processes occurring in the contact of rubbers with liquid aggressive working environment are described. Information on the last development in the field of creation of fuel and oil resistant materials is supplied.

The phenolic-rubber foam is not corrosive to non-ferrous metals
The possibilities of receiving flexible phenolic-rubber foams, having not activity in relation to non-ferrous metals are considered. The influence of novolak oligomer on kinetics of curing resol oligomer with heating to temperature of 150°C is studied. The possibility of mixing between resol and novolac oligomers is shown. The complex of technological and operational properties phenolic-rubber foams, contains resol oligomer (FrK) is studied.
Work is executed within implementation of the complex scientific direction 16.1. «Polymeric syntactic materials and foams» («The strategic directions of development of materials and technologies of their processing for the period till 2030»)

Thermogravimetric analysis of sealing rubbers with the lowered combustibility in the environment of air
Thermogravimetric analysis in air environment of rubbers of sealing assignment, including the rubbers possessing lowered combustibility both in the initial condition, and with addition of finely dispersed flame retardants is carried out. Influence of used flame retardants on thermogravimetric characteristics of the received rubbers with the lowered combustibility is investigated.

Create of fluorine sealing rubbers working in the environment of fuels and oils in a wide temperature range
The article is showed results of research of change of properties of rubbers on the basis of different Fluor elastomer in the environment of fuels and oils. Now in connection with increase of intensity of operation of products of aviation engineering, additional demands for fuel resistance and oil resistance. The range of is extending also. It requires carrying out additional tests of rubbers in a in an aggressive environment (fuels and oils). Such tests will allow to achieve reliable results and to predict performance of fuels and oils when you change the ambient exposure conditions, such as temperature and time. The patterns revealed in work allow predicting in the maximum degree properties of rubbers on the basis of fluorine rubbers at their operation in liquid aggressive environment in a wide temperature range.
